Kurri Kurri Bowling Club is proud to assist Cessnock City Council and Kurri Kurri Library to host this free community event while repairs are carried out on the Kurri Library building following storm damage late last year.

Join us for a warm, friendly and fascinating conversation with Gavin Morris, one of regional Australia’s most trusted broadcasting voices, for a relaxed kitchen-table style chat about something we all share, the weather.

Love it or hate it, we all talk about the weather. It shapes our days, our weekends and our conversations. It is our shared daily drama, our small-talk saviour and our national obsession.

Community Notice

Following storm damage to the Kurri Kurri Library roof late last year, Kurri Kurri Bowling Club is working with Cessnock City Council’s team to provide a welcoming temporary venue so library programs can continue during the rebuild.

All events in collaboration with the library are free, community-based and open to the public.
